Please be at the venue at 15:30

Venue Rules :

• No smoking in any building. Smoking area is at the lounge outside the main door or at the boma.

• No drinking out of car, rooms or the mancave will be allowed.

• Last rounds will be at 23:00, Main bar closes at 23:30. Boma bar will open until 02:00.

• Main Reception doors will be locked at 24:00 sharp, and will only open at 08:00 the following morning.

• Main gate will be locked at 24:00. If you leave after 24:00 just smile and wave at exit sensor on right hand side for gate to open. There is no coming back.

• For the guests staying over, check out is at 09:00 and the room key card serves as your voucher for breakfast.

• Parents and other adults alike must take extreme note that there is an open pond and swimming pool for the convenience of our guests. The pool however may be covered with a safety net should the use not be required. The pond on the other hand cannot be covered and extreme caution should be taken.

• All damages occurred to the venue: structural, cutlery, crockery, linen, and furniture will be charged directly to the client (signatory as per the service agreement), 

• Galagos Country Estate does not accept responsibility for any losses, damage to personal property or inconvenience due to power failures and / or acts of God.
